hey neon, don't you have problems having the 2 audios enabled? I sometimes (not always) have this echo using apple tv or quicktime. I use subler and turn off one of the audios and the problem is fixed.
Never have a problem with a windows based HTPC using MPC-HC..just select the audio track you want.
